Fundraising
Plans
An annual fundraising plan can help the busy Executive Director plan
his or her time more effectively. First, we will visit with staff
in order to complete a development audit of your organization. Then,
we will meet with staff/Board to suggest ways that your development
strategies may be improved. The plan will then be written up for approval
by the Board. This new plan will serve as a road map for your future
development success.
Campaign Planning
Endowment, Membership, and Capital Campaigns all require an amazing
amount of staff and Board time. We can assist you with every aspect
of campaign planning by either (1) providing the Executive Director
with a "cookbook" plan for the campaign or (2) planning and
executing the entire campaign.
Major
Gifts/Planned Giving
More than 75 percent of non-religious donations in the United States
are given by individuals (not foundations and big corporations). This
means that cultivating relationships with donors is one of the primary
keys to your long-term success. RBR Fundraising will assist you
with the development of targeted major gifts and planned giving strategies
to ensure your greatest success.
Strategic
Planning
As part of the strategic planning process, we will spend 1-3 days with
the Board completing a group of exercises that will help everyone agree
on the most important goals/objectives for the organization. After
this meeting time, we will write up the plan for your review. Our clients
who have completed this process find it to be an invaluable experience.
Special Event
Planning
Special events are auctions, concerts and other community-based events,
which bring both public awareness and money to an organization. We can
assist the Executive Director with the planning of these sorts of events
by either (1) providing a “cookbook” for the event, or (2)
planning and executing the entire event.
Grant Writing
We helped cities, tribes and a number of 501(c)3 organizations secure
millions of dollars from a variety of grant makers, including private
foundations, government sources, and corporate giving programs.
